The interview process with the LEGO Group was very pleasant. The organization incorporated new hiring techniques to make the initial screening process fast, fun and effective. As a potential candidate I was encouraged to be creative in my approach to the question and answer session and present a more authentic view of my personality. Subsequent interviews we very structured, informative and most important the interviewers were friendly, creating relaxed and open dialogue. I walked away from the process not feeling stressed and very optimistic.
