Great process. Really appreciated both the contents of the technical challenge and the way they allow candidates to present what they've put together at the final interview: It's not always obvious why a candidate has made a technical choice or a compromise, and it can be frustrating to have a knowing compromise be mistaken for insufficient engineering ability.
Only went through the initial interview stage. The interview itself went well, respectful, interviewers were engaged, but I decided not to continue due to my personal circumstances at the time
