The interview process was well organized, inclusive, relaxed, and fun. It started with an interview with the job recruiter who explained everything clearly and displayed a lot of patience. I advanced to the next stage where the hiring manager put me at ease and we had a terrific conversation that only made me more interested in the position. The next step was an interview by committee which was really valuable for me to get insight from multiple people. Each person in this interview was extremely kind and engaging. Finally, there was an in-person lunch interview on-site where I got to see the work place and get a sense of what the job would be like day-to-day. Overall, the interview process was one of the best I've ever gone through. What made it so special were the people involved.
