Three stage interview process that included a HR chat, interview with the line manager and a technical interview. (I had a fourth interview but I think there are usually only three). There was a tech task which was really practical and a good example of something you might be working on in the role.

I had two interviews with LEGO. The first one was a short call with a recruiter about the position and my background and the second one was a one hour interview with the hiring manager going more in debt through my experience. After the second interview I was told that they will let me know if I am invited for the final round before the end of the week (so in 4 days) however I did not hear back from them. I wrote a follow-up email and again received no reply until more than two weeks later when I received a generic rejection. I was asked if I want to have a call to receive feedback but the email was a no reply email so I had no way of contacting them and asking for the feedback. Overall after hearing many good things about LEGO and reading about the culture I had much higher expectations so I was quite dissapointed to receive this treatment especially after spending so much time preparing and having interviews with them.
