The interview process was very positive, after applying with my work I got contacted by the recruiter which did a first screening interview. I then received a video intro to the role by the manager which set the scene for the following interviews that were more conversations with LEGO staff. I really enjoyed the assignment and presented it to the team. The feedback from the manager was very transparent and direct which helped me manage my expectations.
