Three steps.
1) an initial phone call with HR
2) first interview on site with the leader and two colleagues: unformal friendly talk
3) second interview on site with same persons as first interview along with HR: unformal friendly talk and a few case-questions.

Entrevista
The interview was very welcoming and informative. I felt put at ease before starting, and there was no pressure or rush to answer questions. What I really liked about the interview was that it felt more as a conversation than an actual interview, which was awesome.

Since I was happy in my then current position, they challenged my decision to apply at LEGO. It made the process more reflective. "If you're happy where you're at now, then why leave?"
