Although I was over-qualified for the position I applied online. First, was the phone screening with Human Resources. Then a face to face with hiring manager and a member of her team. They sent me a business case and I was asked to do analysis and go back and report. Met with two more people (not sure who they were) and then a group for the presentation. A woman from competitive intelligence came into the meeting late, was very rude to me and left abruptly. I finished my presentation with the rest of the group (about 5 people) and left. I never received any feedback or next steps, so after 2 weeks I contacted HR representative, who called me and said they had chosen another candidate, this despite the fact that I uncovered every obstacle in the analysis and even developed a strategic solution.
