3 interviews. First with HR, then with two managers and finally with all three of them. For the 3rd interview I was asked to prepare a case study. Everyone was present and the setting relaxed. Everything was conducted via Teams.

3 rounds 1. HR=30 min General Questions around personality and genral awareness for the job 2. Hiring Manager + Potential Senior colleagues=45/60 min intorduction to the role and general conversation on what I did before, how can I contribute 3. Hiring Manager + Colleguae that is going on maternity leave=Case Study 90 min , presentation of the Case Study with many follow up questions
