I have gone through the final stage two times and couldnt make it. First job I interviewed with them I was told they selected the less experienced person -we were two at the final stage- and they thought I would find it difficult to get motivated after a short period of time. Second job I interviewed I spent one whole week for the case study presentation and this time I was told I wasnt senior enough for the role and they went for the more experienced person this time. There were 9 candidates from the first stage and we were 3 at the final. The interview process with Lego was professional and everything but it definetely impacted my self esteem.
