The interview process is great at LEGO, the HR team and team members I spoke to are all fantastic and very welcoming. I was walked through the process and what was expected at each stage and felt very at comfortable through the entire process. After a few rounds of 'normal' interview processes and questions, I was asked to prepare a task/case study based on challenge set. Which was probably the most challenging part of the process but a vital one.

Had 3 rounds. The first one was the HR to see a quick profile fit. Next with the hiring manager, then a case study. It was down to two of us in the last round and I didn't get through. It was a great experience to connect with the Lego team!
