I applied for two different positions in the same department and got the second one. First round for the first position (a senior manager position) was on Sonru, a which I did not get, but I was encouraged to apply for the other position. I did not have a Sonru interview for this position but went straight to the second round where I met the hiring manager and the person I was taking over several tasks for. On the third round I met an HR person and the hiring manager and then I was offered the job a couple of days later
