There were 3 stages to the interview process. First was a 45 minute phone screen with the recruiter. The second stage was a 60 minute video call with the hiring manager. The final round was a 90 minute video call with a panel of 4 people including the hiring manager and recruiter, part of which involved presenting a case study. For the vast majority of the process, the communication was efficient and the people I spoke with were polite and friendly. However, despite being assured by the recruiter at the end of the final interview that they would notify me within a week of their decision, one way or another, I never heard from them again and received no response when I followed up. Extremely unprofessional and, especially given the time invested in this process, disrespectful.
