This was easily the best interview process I’ve ever experienced. From the very first outreach, the energy was upbeat and refreshing. The LEGO/BrickLink team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout. Scheduling was seamless, communication was clear, and the questions felt more like a collaborative conversation than a test. Even though I didn’t get the role, the experience was so positive that I’d be excited to apply again when the right opportunity opens up. Truly a 10/10 process.
