      Entrevista

      I had 3 rounds of interview. all went good,i was able to answer question ,crack the coding round etc. in final round the interviewer said that I have good knowledge in python,Django and problem solving skill but don't know lambda ,(cloud services was not mentioned in JD!!!) and these guys gave me high hope and dosent have the manners to tell me that I was rejected. i reached them out and the HR said that my python skill is low (i was stunned.the interviewer said that it was good during the interview). If your company can't measure the python skill of a candidate after three rounds of technical interview...i am happy that I got rejected. Also if you don't want someone to work for you don't waste our time. I myself have cancelled my plans just for this interview. There was 3HR to schedule the interview, 5+ HR asking me if i was interested a job opportunity in this company after i got rejected Each consecutive HR would call one after another and repeat the same conversations and i think they are ashamed to say the company name .because the company name is only mentioned at the end of the call or when I ask.

Firstly, we would like to explain that there were location constraints for Django developers, and as a result, we did not conduct interviews for candidates based in New Delhi. Therefore, we regret any confusion that may have arisen regarding your application. Regarding the evaluation process, we want to emphasize that hiring decisions are made based on various factors, taking into account the overall fit for the role and the requirements of the position. While your performance in the earlier stages of the interview process was commendable, our decision to not proceed further was based on a comprehensive review of all the feedback received. In particular, we found that your experience and knowledge fell short of our expectations, which is a crucial requirement for the role. Furthermore, we regret any inconvenience caused by the multiple HR contacts and repetitive conversations. We want to clarify that we do not have 5 members in our HR team and we are not sure if the call was from our team. We genuinely appreciate the effort you put into the interview process and your interest in our company. We understand that this may not have been the outcome you had hoped for, but we sincerely wish you the very best in your personal and professional endeavors.
