There wasn't a phone screening, just a one-on-one meeting with the PR manager. They were nice and asked basic questions: your background, what made you apply, what you like about Tarte etc. They never followed up with a no or yes, which I thought was a bit inconsiderate.

What was your background? Why did you apply for this role?
Very simple. They asked very standard questions and interview was more like a conversation where I talked about myself mostly. I had plenty of time to speak and ask questions to the interviewer as well.
