The entire interview process was a positive experience for me. From the time that Marco reached out asking me for a quick initial interview up to the final call, everything was fun. The interview phases were as follows: 1. Initial interview with Marco 2. Interview with CTO 3. Technical interviews 4. Coding exam — this was a bit challenging yet exciting 5. Coding exam elaboration and team meeting 6. Sync up call with HR 7. Job offer The people at Styla were jolly and very friendly. You may not feel the pressure during the coding exam elaboration. In fact, they would let you explain why you came up with your solution and would provide constructive criticisms and additional knowledge. While the offer was good, I may have to decline due to personal reasons. All in all, the interview process was exciting. It may take some time for the HR to provide an update as it was during the summer holidays, when almost everyone was out, when I had my interviews—so, it was understandable.
