1 telephonic interview which took around 2 hours. Then HR round and 1 more Technical Round. Next day i received call From Smartron's Director of Engineering i guess.Did offer negotiation and finalize to give 35% increment of current salary.In that week no call from them.After a week i visited the company for offer and he said he will release by end of the day.After a long wait of 2 weeks i received my offer.Offer includes 9% increment of my current salary and joining date was after 10 days(My notice period is 60 days as mentioned before in HR call). I called Smartron no response from them.Then i called there HR+ admin. Got Reply as Smartron has its own standard package we can give you this much only. I waited for there reply about 2 weeks then i rejected the offer, This shows they are very non-professional.
