The interview process starts with an HR round to assess general fit, followed by a technical interview, then a discussion with the product owner, and concludes with a manager interview.

The HR screening was standard. The homework assignment was to write an HTTP request counter. In the round with the team lead, there were technical questions about Go, lists, generics. In the round with the manager, we discussed how the work process is organized and the interaction between teams. During the final meeting, they gave a small additional task to the homework assignment — to write a rate limiter. The final conversation with several leads focused on discussing my experience, projects I’ve worked on, and they shared information about their own projects.
