They intiated the interview process with HR and said a hiring manager would call to set up the second interview. However, after no response, I emailed them and it turns out I was already terminated from the process. At least, should have the courtesy of informing me. Very mismanaged HR and maybe the whole sPower team is like that.

3 hour interview with members from various teams, friendly, engaging, positive environment. Half hour interviews with 6 different people, good insight into what company culture is like from talking with different teams.
