There was resume short list from there website after that they gave me and assignment for the position I completed the assignment .after several days almost two weeks after I mailed them for follow up the application they reply that I’m not selected.This same thing happened twice with me from them and also my friends were facing same thing so don’t waist your time in assignments ask them directly what they need and remember they there will be a 6 month of cool-down period also if you not succeed.
