I had a very positive interview experience. Started with an in-person interview with the Creative Director and the HR/Office Manager. 20-30 minute interviews with both. Typical interview questions about experience, goals, personal life, etc. Second in-person interview was with the Senior Design and the CEO of the Company. Both of those were 20-30 minutes as well. Questions were less about experience and more about my personality. Small company, I think about 20 people total. I could tell the position was still in the planning stages. Ultimately they did not offer the position as they "were going in a different direction". But, great experience otherwise. Only negative was that the process was a little over a month.
