There was a Telephonic round and then personal interview, In first round they will ask about your back ground. You are expected to be asked about your past company also, the work done by you there. The second round is a normal interview, Not to worry about. They focus more on your personal values / ethics than on education/ success stories, They hire the persons who prefers to stay for a long time not the job hoppers. You may be offered different roles later, if you are not successful in one role but they will never fire you directly.
