Too long process - was told there’s 5-6 stages to go through including a test that took me 8 hours to complete, passed it with “great comments” yet was turned down in the interview after. Would’ve much rather do the speaking interviews first with the final stage being the task as it’s felt like a waste of time. Asked about overtime which seemed to annoy the interviewer. Made it sound like overtime is very frequent or expected daily. Ghosted when asked for feedback.
