The initial process started fairly standard, via email. After that there was a video interview conducted via zoom. After that interview process there was a test conducted regarding the specifics of the job being applied for.

After the initial screening process, you get given a short homework assignment to finish. Afterwards theres a set of interviews focusing on both your technical knowledge/background and your general personal fit for the company.

I applied in Indeed, they emailed me scheduling an interview at same week, a couple of days later I did a programming test and the third week is going to be another interview

The very first interview the recruiter was very polite and a little bit informal asking about the city where I live and about hanging out with friends, It was a very friendly interview.
The programming test was a unreal project with a storyboard to guide the steps the application should do

One introduction from the recruiter, a technical test, a feedback-interview where the project was discussed, another HR interview, an interview with the CEO and a final HR contract negotiation. The process was straightforward, and the technical test was fair in time and scope.
