The interview process consisted of four rounds.
Step 1: Interview call with the recruiter. - She was fabulous and easy going.
Step 2: Skype meeting with the VP of Business and New Products- conversational/ intriguing/ easy going.
Step 3: Interview with the VP of Talent and Training
Step 4: Assessment (assignment) presentation with the aforementioned and the CEO: this was fun.
