Group Interview, it was with about 15 other applicants. The interview included three managers as well. They explained the overall job and issues they company has been having in store with employees. They then asked us what our solutions would be and how we could handle working in the environment.
Interview process was smooth. Manager was super down to earth and very personable. He was mainly asking me questions in regards to my personality as opposed to work experience. They like to hire cool people that are also personable and have a passion for clothing.

Easy Interview, very personable. Be professional/knowledgeable and charismatic. They look for people to represent the brand. Super nice people. Be knowledgeable about selling points, retail, and working with others and know what you bring to the table.

it was not long. I filled out the application there and was brought in the back to speak to manager. they asked me a few questions and i think i answered correctly. but to be honest i was 10 mins late due to train.
