Entrevista
Overly complicated, unfair and it felt the number of stages varied depending on the person.
Lengthy process taking over 3 months, including:
- Screening Call with hiring manager (30mins)
- F2F Interview inc. 20min case study presentation/competency based questions with hiring manager/marketing director (1 hour)
- Leadership/personality online assessment (45mins)
- Competency Based interview with HR manager and hiring manager (1hour)
- Competency based interview with CMO and Chief HR (45mins)
For me the process was unfair, as I arrived into the 5th stage final interview and the CMO expected a re-run of my presentation (which I presented 6 weeks earlier in the process). I was completely blind sided as HR informed me prior to this that it would include competency based questions only. What made the process biased was that the other final candidate had been forewarned and was prepped to present.
Their key feedback behind their no offer decision was primarily due to my desire for a good company culture: this concerned both the CMO/chief HR because they apparently do not have an established culture yet. A huge red flag for me and watch out for anyone applying. Whilst pladis Global has great heritage brands (and the hiring manager who would be the manager of this role was switched l-on and brilliant) - a bad company culture takes precedent and trumps these. To all applying - approach with caution.

Through a recruitment agent, two stages, first was a CV run through and second involved a presentation task and competency questions. Questions were challenging and probing, but to be expected for this level
