I applied for the Senior Full-Stack Developer role at osapiens. The process started with an HR screening interview, where we talked about my background, motivations, and expectations. 4 months, and ghosted. I started the interview process in December 2024 and had many rounds. I visited the office for an interview, and they sent me an email telling me that all interviewers were positive and that we were working on some logistics. After that, they informed me I needed to speak with the CEO of the company. However, the CEO did not appear in the meeting, and I received no emails after that point—not even a simple rejection. RUN AWAY, guys.
