I submitted an application through their website, onefinestay.com. I heard back in about a week from HR, asking for a phone interview. We had the interview the week after, and it went so well! I thought she really liked me, and she seemed eager to bring me in for an in-person interview. The only weird thing was that she asked ME to follow up in a few days to learn whether I had moved on to the next step. So, I did, and she responded fairly quickly that I had not moved on, which I thought was kinda deceiving because the first interview had gone so well. But, who knows? Maybe I said some not-so-great things. I thought that I at least had a chance at an in-person interview, though, given her enthusiasm.
