Numi reached out to me having after I submitted an application online. I heard back fairly quickly and was invited to book an appointment for a hiring manager interview. I booked a time and took into account the hiring manager's preferences for a slot. I devoted time to preparing for this call as I was truly excited to have this interview. The call did not happen. The interviewer did not reply to my emails, didn't call me for the scheduled time and then went on to not reply to messages. I totally understand that last minute rearrangements happen sometimes, but to ignore a candidate you have invited to an interview is unprofessional. I waited a week to give numi time to get back to me but did not hear back. Overall, unprofessional and reflective of a company without a interview structure or process.
