I have been interviewed recently by HR. I have been notified that my application will not be processed further. When I asked for details HR promised to return meaningful feedback but did not do it. After several trials from my side to reach HR, I have received the feedback that I am too experienced for the position, and second, they saw in my CV my goals to work as QA Lead or Manager?! What does this information mean? They are looking for senior QA Automation but should not be as experienced at a level where it will compete with the current QA Lead. Wonderful strategy!
