Initially I was impressed with the company that seemed to have their act together. Interviews with HR VP and VP of Sales went well. Then I met with some top execs and it became clear that their expectations for the job were different than what was advertised and previously discussed. Afterwards I had a call with HR VP who apologized and all communication stopped. I still think it's a good company but I think they are in startup mode and working on getting all hands on the same page.
