The recruiter was nice and helpful (shocker nowadays) so I hoped this would at least be a decent experience, but alas no. Probably top 3 of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The hiring person was yawning before asking even the first question and then every 2 minutes after, permanently looking to the side/off to the distance, and just rattling off canned questions only. Honestly preferred if the guy didn't even show up so I could have saved 40min and used that time at my current job. So offensive I didn't even send a thank you letter after. Seriously, why waste everyone's time when you have no intention of hiring that person, maybe they've got nothing better to do. The most important question they asked was "What do you think about diversity?", LOL; ridiculous AA/DEI company, the next Boeing, just be happy they don't make anything that puts your lives at risk...
