I applied online, and received a call the same day. There was a phone screen scheduled with the HR manager, then an in-person interview at their office. I lived out of town, and they were able to schedule an interview for when I would be there.

I had had previous experience as a Client Success Manager, so they asked me several types of scenarios I dealt with.
The company did not let me know a decision for three weeks until I had contacted multiple times, only to be told that they had started looking for other positions to fill. The owner was very rude and condescending in the interview.

Phone interview, then in-person interview with HR and Hiring Manager, then a 2nd in-person interview and sales presentation with group of managers. Received a job offer right after 2nd interview

Entrevista
First had a phone interview with HR Manager. I then had an in-person interview with the CEO, Client Support Manager and a Client Support Specialist. Probably the best interview process I've had in my career. I always knew next steps and the in-person interview was not intimidating and felt very comfortable.
