I was recruited and asked to apply for the job. There were five rounds of interviews - one with the recruiter, two with the hiring manager, a panel round with three potential coworkers, and one with the head of the department. In the end, after much positive feedback, I was given no real reason why I wasn't hired. But after reviewing current/former employee and candidate reviews, it's clear this company has no interest in diversity. If you're not a white male, residing in Wilmington, don't waste your time.
