I felt really at ease during the interview process, it felt more like a ‘get to know each other’ type interview rather than being bombarded with loads of questions which meant I was fully informed about the company and how the various roles work together and also felt comfortable asking questions

Group introduction session via teams, overview of role and potential pathways, One to one interview , individual task, dealing with a mock phone call(not expected to have specialist knowledge seemed to be testing phone handling ability

Entrevista
Probably one of the most easiest interviews I have ever had. I got the call to be invited for an interview within 2 days. Really friendly employers who made me feel relaxed and welcomed. It should of took about 20 minutes but it was about an hour for me because we were chatting a lot! Really basic questions. They want to know about you, your experience and what you have to offer. They will want you to know about the company so do your research!
They then will talk about the company and the benefits/hours/pay. And offer the opportunity for you to ask questions.
I heard back five days later that I got the job which I accepted. I'm excited and ready to start next week.
