I had 1 interview and never heard back. The person that interviewed me seemed to be very junior and did not sell the job well. I had the feeling I need to lead the interview. Overall I felt gaslighted, they were looking for someone who is doing the front line customer support but advertised the role as a Head Position. The person who interviewed me said literally: "right now, I am doing it and I hate it" The offered salary was also very much below a Head -level. Another big red flag was that she made pretty clear, that they are not looking for someone who wants to work in a 9-5 style but are looking for someone who will go "above and beyond".
