I interviewed for a job in Berlin. The interview process with Moovel went very smooth and the communication always professional, transparent, open and friendly. It contains more or less 4 steps. It began with an initial video call with the hiring manager, who had contact with me throughout the whole hiring journey. I passed that and got invited to do a coding challenge, which I had need to submit to GitHub. Once that got approved, I got invited to meet the engineering head for the team I applied to. Part of that interview were some details regarding the coding challenge and also a discussion and some specific questions on code, technologies and general viewpoints on tackling challenges. I passed that and got invited to meet the whole team of the squad I applied for, to test if I fitted culturally. I met them in a very relaxed but curious atmosphere. It was an exchange on experiences, mindset and technologies rather than a traditional interview. It felt good to meet the ones you will be working with on day to day business. I got quick feedback after each step, and was always well informed of the next steps to come. Overall a very good interview experience.
