My experiences with the HR screening interviews for two different positions within this company have been less than satisfactory overall. While one positive aspect was the pre-arranged time slot for the calls, I found the interviews to be quite disappointing. During the first interview, it felt rushed, with little opportunity for me to adequately express myself. It seemed more like a checklist of questions rather than a meaningful dialogue, leaving me with the impression that the HR representative may have already made up their mind about a candidate beforehand. The second interview for another position was similarly disheartening. Despite being a perfect match for the qualifications outlined in the job description, the HR representative abruptly concluded that I wasn't suitable for the role due to not having experience working with top management, a criterion not explicitly mentioned in the job description. The call was abruptly cut short, leaving me unable to fully convey my qualifications. Despite my less than ideal experiences with the HR screening process, I want to emphasize that I don't hold any negative feelings towards Monday.com. In fact, I still believe it's a great company. However, I feel it's important to share my experiences candidly in the hopes of constructive feedback and potential improvement in the screening process.
