I applied for the role of Business Development Associate. The interview process was pathetic, there approach to hiring is not professional and not par for the industrial standards. They have three rounds, each round has similar set of questions just with different interviewer. They ask mere silly questions even a High school kid can crack. They list vacancy in hiring platform with High packages compared to market standards to gain attention. I recommend experienced candidates not to pick it even though you are best in the industry with relevant experience you will be rejected with silly reasons even after clearing all the 3 rounds.my experience would suggest they have very limited budget and they don't entertain experienced candidates. Hence it's not feasible to consider magicpin for your career, you will simply loose a fortnight in the interview process. As a business too they don't have good reviews regarding their products and services . hence I would like to mention it's not a good fit for career growth.

3 Rounds F2F- HR/Manager/Director rounds, fast process and no delay, there might be GD in first round or can be one to one round, depending on the number of candidates.
