TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE-STAY CAUTIOUS !
Interview process itself took about 3+ weeks. Initial phone interview with HR and then with the Director. Most alarming thing at the very first interaction was he wasn't even sure that what are they currently looking for, what are the plans in place and most importantly team's direction.Yet I decided to move forward,I was then handed over the SQL assesment based on 3 logic exes which were pretty basic.I was easily qualified for the next round which was a webex call with an implementation specialist. The job didn't come out to be an exciting or challenging role. Being a database analyst, the task was simply to upload the configuration file nothing else related to DB specific role. I was then asked to come in for an on-site interview held by a group of 15-20 people in different rounds. There I come to know that they are looking someone who is a technical lead/supervisor but under the cover not on formal basis (which is contrary to their job AD requiring 1+ yr of experience that gives the view of a more of a junior level role).
Well there you go! I soon realized that the teams are literally lacking the basis essence of putting forward the right requirements vs. what they are actually looking forward. Wasted my 4 hrs over there !
Moreover, the company and the teams came out to be quite disoriented which is a blessing in disguise for anyone who is looking forward to work with professionals.
ADVICE : DO NOT proceed ! either they are going to waste your entire time or even if you make it to the offer, it won't be a good deal because of such chaotic conditions at this place. Trust me that sucks and you don't wanna work with a group of such disoriented people around.
