I withdrew my application after the 2nd step. The interview process was beyond what should be expected to be honest and the other reviews are very accurate. I was asked to come in to complete a trial day (unheard of for a full time role) but was given the option to complete the task at home. The task was HUGE and definitely went beyond a skills assessment and seemed more like free labour to me. Task : find 20 influencers and assess why they are good for the brand, create and detail a promo campaign for a specific sale event, EDM flow for new business line, 5 website improvements, feedback on their existing ads and what I would do differently. This is a FULL service that many companies / freelancers will charge out for and in my option is WAY beyond a skills assessment. I was also not told the salary or even the salary range, which is a waste of everyone’s time because if my base expectation is not met then I won’t continue. The whole experience made me loose trust in the company and after reading the other reviews on here about the company I would be very wary applying to work for this company. If you’re a newbie to the industry please don’t think that this is the minimum expectation because it is not.
