I participated in a group interview for the Educator position at Lululemon, and the experience was both structured and dynamic. We were given scenarios like assisting a guest in finding the perfect product for their needs or resolving a customer concern in a high-pressure situation. These exercises highlighted the importance of active listening, product knowledge, and teamwork.
The interviewers were approachable and provided a welcoming environment, making it easy to connect with others in the group. It was a great experience that reflected Lululemon's focus on collaboration and guest experience.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
