Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en lululemon (Vancouver, BC) en jul 2015
Entrevista
Was called about a month after applying (online) for a phone screen. Was invited in for a group interview following the screen. Interview consisted of only 4 questions, posed to the group as a whole, leaving it up to the interviewees to speak up and answer. A couple over-eager people tended to dominate the interview. Following the interview, I was called in 2 days later for another interview with two staff members. Interview format was extremely casual, felt more like a conversation than an interview. Completed a background check and was given a job offer a couple days later. Definitely let your true personality shine through, be your most outgoing and bubbly version of yourself. They are looking for happy people, who interact with others with ease and enjoy social environments. If you can show that with your personality, there's a good chance the job is yours. As for outfits, I wore dress pants, a nice top and flats to both interviews. You could get away with wearing pretty much anything, though.
They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
