I applied online. I called to follow-up and I was invited to a group interview. I went to the group interview and then was invited to two more 1:1 interviews. The interview process was ridiculous. They ask silly questions and basically just check you out and want to know what you do to exercise. I'm not sure what you are supposed to wear to these interviews. In the group interview the two other girls were wearing lululemon and I was wearing pants and a blouse. I thought showing up to an interview in workout clothes was ridiculous - both girls were recent college grads and not the brightest kids on the block. Maybe that's what they are looking for - not sure! After the group interview, I was invited back two separate times. I felt like I was part of a training program for the 24 year old girls that work there with no interviewing experience. They hardly asked me anything and it felt like they were just checking me out and wanted to check if I could show up somewhere on time. They all gave me great feedback and told me they were going to recommend me for a position - but I never received an offer. I sent a follow-up email and it took them about a week to reply. The reply was that they thought someone contacted me about my availability. I replied to clarify that I haven't heard from them and that I was still interested - I never heard back. I also left a voicemail and they never called back. That was about two weeks ago. I thought it would be a fun job since I'm going through a career transition and I like the idea to leave the office setting. After the circus they put me through with interviewing and no follow-up, I changed my mind. I'm not sure what the deal is - either they are airheads or really professionally uncourteous. If you want to work here - brace yourself for an unprofessional interview experience.
