I contacted an IT employee through LinkedIn (a friend of a friend) to ask if I could take them out for coffee to learn about Lululemon. They sent my details to one of the recruitment coordinators and I was invited to an open interview. The interview consisted of about 6 people applying for varying positions. It was an interesting hour spent on yoga mats chatting about our interests and career aspirations.
