Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en lululemon (Bicester, England) en ago 2018
Entrevista
I sent the store an email with my cv on it and I got an email a week later asking me to come in for an interview. The store was an outlet store so not very big, so the manager took me out to a grassy area and we sat down. It was a very informal chat where we spoke about our love for fitness. She asked me questions like: how do you like to sweat, tell me about yourself, when am I available to start work and what shifts can I work, why would I make a good fit for lululemon?
It was a lovely interview and very comfortable. I think you’d need a passion to work in the fitness industry or be interested in sport as that’s what I gathered everyone at the store were like.
I was told that I’d hear the following Monday (4 days later) but hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday. I emailed the manager and she asked me to ring her, during which she said I had the job.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
