I was reached out to by a recruiter and they set up a phone call to just discuss the role and get to know me a little better. After that they sent my resume to the department and they decided i was a good candidate to interview. I was brought in to interview with the manager, super nice guy very educated. For the third part of my interview they had me do an excel quiz to see how good i was.
