I knew someone that worked at the company and they told me to apply, so when I got called in for an interview my interviewers had already heard of me. There were 3 interviews. The first one was a group interview and they asked questions to the group and we would jump in when we had an answer to the question. The second interview was meeting with the direct person I would be working under and the 3rd interview was with the store manager who just wanted to sort out details and meet me. After the interview with the store manager, she offered me a verbal offer.
