I applied online and was emailed to schedule an interview about a week later. It was a group interview at a local coffee shop, with an optional complimentary yoga class after. The interview was with two assistant managers and six other people, and we were told we would be contacted if we were successful. I was emailed by one of the managers the following day to schedule a one-on-one with another manager at the store. After that interview I was offered a position.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
